Discover the ups and downs of the restaurant industry along with me as I share my journey of trying to learn everything I can. Diving into the restaurant world involves understanding everything from culinary arts to customer service. Along with as an entry log, I aim to use this as a space to log my findings from 1-1 interviews that highlight successful restaurant owners and managers. I hope to be able to look back on this one day and smile; Maybe to laugh at a few parts, but mostly to remember the smaller moments, that will shape this unpredictable journey.
